Make this “clean” spicy beef sausage at home by using pastured, grass-fed, grass-finished beef. Perfect for Paleo or whole foods recipes!

Steps to Make It
- 6lbs ground beef
- 3 large onions diced tiny
- 1 1/2t of each (dried):
- cumin
- marjoram
- pepper
- nutmeg
- oregano
- cayenne pepper
- ginger
- 1 T each (dried):
- basil
- thyme
- sage
- 3 T himalayan salt
- 12 T sourdough bread crumbs
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 12 T soft butter
Mix all together and chill. Form into patties and sauté in butter.
