Prepare a Mouthwatering Roast

Are you nervous about making a roast that tastes like a million bucks? Don’t be, we can help.

Following these simple steps to create your version of a mouthwatering roast.

First step is preheat your oven to 425°.

Rinse and dry your roast.

Next, rub Olive Oil on it, coat with seasonings ( salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic, etc …).

Sear all sides between 2 and 3 minutes each in a cast iron skillet or pot. While searing, put butter on the finished sides.

Put your roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then baste, another 20 minutes, then baste.

Turn your oven to 250°.

Check every 5 to 10 minutes after that and baste.

When the internal temperature reaches your desired degrees, take out your roast and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then slice (we like 135°).

That’s it, your mouthwatering roast is ready to eat. Serve with your favorite side dishes and add a nice glass of wine to top of your dinner.
