Melt In Your Mouth Chuck Roast
- 3lb Chuck Roast
- 1 T UNFILTERED olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 C cut-up veggies and potatoes
- 1/2 C broth
Marinate roast using 1T UNFILTERED olive oil and garlic for 1 hr minimum, overnight is best.
Wipe excess oil off with paper towel, brown in cast iron pan.
After the browning, place some beef broth in the pan along with cut up veggies , such as potatoes, carrots and onion.
Cover and put in a 325 degree oven for roughly 3 1/2 hours.
