Irish Whiskey Steak
This will definitely become your new favorite grilled steak! An easy steak recipe spiked with a touch of whiskey for extra flavor!

These are delicious steaks with a hint of whiskey.
Steps to Make It
- 4 Sirloin Steaks from Rafter W Ranch (room temperature when you are ready to cook)
For Your Marinade:
- 3 T Unfiltered Olive Oil
- 2 T Irish Whiskey
- 3 Green Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
For Your Saute:
2 T Pastured Butter
Coat steaks with marinade and cover. Refrigerate the night before.
Remove steaks one hour before cooking so they can get to room temperature.
Scrape off marinade.
Heat butter over medium until slightly smoking.
Cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
In our family Brett and I like 5 to 6 minutes on each side while Lance and Brandon like 7 minutes on each side.
