We tried this at a community gathering and LOVED IT! I hope you will too!
- Brown 1.5# beef (can use hamburger or any cut that is tender)Season with:
1-2 t. onion powderAdd:
1 32-oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 16-oz container sour cream
1 16-oz can sliced mushrooms
1 T. Worcestershire
1 c. white wine
Mix well while heating until it bubbles, then thin with milk or beef broth to desired consistency.
Top with freshly chopped parsley and serve over rice or noodles.
